On behalf of our client PerceptionBox is looking for a T2-3 Technical Support Engineer to work on a challenging healthcare project.
Work on resolving various technical incidents for the Company’s customers involving various software, networking and hardware environments;
Maintain deep knowledge of Company operations to support client/team technical requests effectively;
State machine management via UI (creating/modification states), troubleshooting;
Investigation of bugs, logs analysis, route case system research;
Develop documentation regarding installation, upgrades, support, and compatibility issues.
T3 Tech support with 2 years experience in AWS systems
Extensive knowledge of SQL scripting;
Strong ability to take ownership from initial report and follow through until full resolution and customer satisfaction;
Knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JS, etc.;
Basic knowledge of troubleshooting performance issues in a distributed microservices environment;
Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Such as Grafana, Kibana, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger);
Proven record of working in a highly pressured multi-tasking environment and working independently;
Experience with OpenVPN;
Good communication skills and customer service focus;
Passion for troubleshooting and ability to come up with efficient solutions for unordinary issues.
Upper Intermediate English.
Will Be a Plus:
AWS Cloud — Experience working with Cloud solutions or in Cloud software Support Team;
2 years of experience as a Junior Node JS developer willing to do 6 months of Tech Support prior to joining the development team.
