We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join PeopleForce who can work with the business to help shape and drive business requirements with an initial focus on finance. The ideal candidate would have good technical knowledge and be able to work with internal stakeholders in order to synthesize requests from business into well formulated, actionable business requirements that are documented and actionable by developers in Jira.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and facilitate workshops in order to identify business pain points, as well as design business processes and solutions to address them. The candidate would conduct detailed analysis on current business processes and systems, and leverage data in the data warehouse to support detailed analysis for the business and shape business requirements.
