Our client is an established consumer goods company located in NYC, looking for a Digital Marketing Director.

Responsibilities:
- Define and oversee omnichannel program strategy and prioritize initiatives into a multi-year roadmap that delivers highly personalized experiences designed to materially benefit the business and customers.
- Serve as the lead on key marketing activities including brand vision, strategy, budgeting and running campaigns both online and offline.
- Determine key capabilities, investments, and resources needed to support these initiatives and business planning processes.
- Define and report key metrics to monitor user experience and digital marketing effectiveness including ROI.
- Designing and executing clear brand plans for teams that create and distribute marketing assets for different customer types such as e-commerce partners (such as Lowes, Wayfair, Home Depot, Amazon, etc.)
- Design and execute communication and direct consumer strategy for the new website.
- Provide team direction for improving campaign performance through optimization and/or implementing new features and strategies
- Lead development of annual marketing and communication plans for new product launches, markets, new verticals, e-commerce and more.
- Undertake continuous analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends.
- Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
Qualifications and Traits:
- 5+ years of experience building out and leading digital or technology operations with a desire to embrace and drive change
- Organized, entrepreneurial, able to identify what needs to get done, then willing and able to make it happen
- Highly skilled in building cross-functional teams and creating an environment in which employees want to develop and achieve
- Passion for the business and our partners and interest in product to clearly understand brand positioning and how to translate to optimize digital performance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical or digital/social concepts to a non-digital audience
- Expertise in eCommerce strategy and execution, across content, search, performance marketing, analytics, marketing technology, and key account management

Experience:
