UI/UX Designer

Pecode is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role (not only freelance!)
• Advanced user of Figma and Sketch
• Upper-Intermediate English
• Strong communication skills and friendly attitude to any assigned task
• Ability to estimate needed time and prioritize design tasks
• Analysis of requirements/business goals and their integration into the project
• Good knowledge of the latest design patterns and best practices
• Ability to work productively in a team, actively participate in design reviews
• Experience in communication with clients and development teams
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (will be a plus)
• Animation skills or Graphic Design (will be a plus)

Responsibilities and Duties

• Collaborating effectively with clients, sales, and teammates
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces
• Creating designs by understanding business requirements
• Creating and improving user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Incorporating client’s feedback into the design
• Taking part in pre-sale process
• Demonstrate, suggest and discuss best practices with clients
• Organizing and running Workshops/Team sharings for Design Team
