SignNow API QA Team

We are a passionate and ambitious team of 120+ people on a mission to succeed with our award-winning signature solution — signNow.

signNow empowers over 28 million people at companies across the world to move fast with everything they need to send and eSign their documents. Increase productivity with document workflows, impress customers, and save money while maximizing ROI with signNow.

And now, we are looking for a Manual QA Engineer who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company’s growth.

The person will join the SignNow API QA Team, which consists of 5 Back-end Developers, 2 Front-end Developers, 3 QA, a Tech Writer, a Product Manager, and a Team Lead.

What you’ll be working on:

    • As most of our teams are cross-functional, you will test API and UI simultaneously, just in different proportions.
    • You will have the opportunity for growth within the General QA field
    • You will exposure to API testing

What we expect from you:

    • For at least 3+ years, you’ve been getting paid to test out web/mobile apps;
    • Worked with REST API;
    • Worked with Chrome Dev. Tools, and you know why there are so many tabs;
    • You’re not just familiar with the term “Agile” it’s something you actively apply;
    • Databases and know how to write SQL queries;
    • Terminal/Git and know basic commands.

We recruit through 3 stages of consideration:

HR interview (≅ 30 minutes)

The recruiter shares information about the company and asks questions about your career goals, job preferences, abilities, knowledge, and more. Once pre-screening has finished, your resume is submitted for approval.

Technical Interview (≅ 1.5 hours)

This Interview is meant to assess your technical skills and knowledge required for the role.

Final interview with Hiring manager (≅ 1 hour)

During this interview, you will get acquainted with our Hiring manager and be asked some technical questions. You can also expect some behavioral questions to see if you fit the company’s culture.
