• Great people skills are a must — be driven to solve people’s problems and make their day;
• Have a “knack” for technology — able to figure out any system and learn on the go;
• Significant knowledge of and experience with Mac OS X and Windows troubleshooting and support (we’re predominantly a Mac shop);
• Relavent experience in a Helpdesk role managing a ticketing queue;
• Excellent communication and customer service skills — you work well with people and can put a frustrated user at ease;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
• Advanced English;

We’re looking for a customer service driven IT Support Specialist that is passionate about finding solutions to difficult problems. You must be efficient, detail-oriented and great at prioritization. You should also be a great communicator as you will be the first line of defense for our users’ needs. Your typical day will start with US prime time and will be filled with monitoring a ticket queue, ensuring we’re hitting key metrics, adding articles to our knowledge base, and coming up with innovative ways to better the experience for support employees as we rapidly grow.

• Troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently — know when to use your resources and when to escalate;
• Keep our knowledge base up-to-date and provide training when needed;
• Identify ways to streamline common processes and ensure we maximize value within the Helpdesk;
• Assist in scaling support for a rapidly growing company;
