Experience in payment processing or banking industry is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day communication with service providers (PSPs) and merchants.
• Exploring merchants’ needs in order to provide a top-notch service.
• Taking care of the paperwork to ensure a flawless business process.
• Onboarding of new merchants and support of the current ones.
• Monitoring merchants’ revenue performance.
• Advising merchant on new products and services that will help them to increase their profit margin.
• Communication with Product, Development, and Sales teams to provide a merchant with a smooth experience.
• Possible attendance of industry networking events in order to meet your clients face-to-face and develop a long term business relationship.
