We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Operations Specialist to join our Operations team. Lviv, Ukraine; Job type: Full-time.

Your responsibilities will include:
— Generating and maintaining reports related to payment processing, account balances, and transaction history for internal and external use
— Identifying opportunities for process improvement within the payment operations workflow and work collaboratively with the team to implement enhancements
— Maintaining comprehensive documentation of payment operations processes, procedures, and workflows for reference and training purposes
— Maintaining communication with the other departments and ensuring projects are being delivered
— Reviewing, analyzing and managing incoming disputes and representments
— Analyzing documentation and information in order to ensure validity of disputes
— Assistance will all situations relating to order management
— Maintaining an understanding of the business operations
— Maintaining proper knowledge of card schemes rules and regulations
— Assisting on special projects as assigned
— Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and company policies related to payments and financial transactions to ensure compliance

Requirements:
— Previous experience in payment operations, financial services, or a related field.
— Proficiency in using payment processing software and tools
— Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
— Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to reconcile discrepancies and troubleshoot payment-related issues
— Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards
— Upper Intermediate English level is a must
— Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple responsibilities effectively without losing attention to detail.

— Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills
— Excellent verbal and written skills
— A commitment to personal high standards and the desire and ability to positively contribute to team and company goals
