PayPal Inc., a subsidiary of eBay Inc., is one of the world’s leading providers of online payment solutions. PayPal is serving more than 123 million active customers in 190 countries. To complete our team, we are looking for PHP Software Engineers with the relocation to Berlin (Germany)
Who we are
We develop payment solutions for ecommerce providers and online shops. We work in small teams, using agile methodologies and collaborate closely with our stakeholders from Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Support. We develop test-driven and implement modular and scalable software. As a team, we organize how we work — we are independent in shaping our internal approaches and processes. The entire team is responsible for the following tasks: development, QA, continuous deployment, as well as monitoring and operations. We value each other’s contributions and give constructive feedback, tackle new challenges, learn continuously and celebrate successes. We deliver new features regularly at the end of short iterations. As part of this, refactoring is one of the tasks we tackle every day. We try to automate routine jobs so they do not stop us from doing actual development work.
