Overview of the position

We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and thoughtful HR Manager who enjoys working with data, is ready to manage the full employee lifecycle, and helps create a friendly, productive work atmosphere. If you enjoy working with people, analyzing data, and improving HR processes, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct HR surveys to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to resolve issues and propose improvements.
• Work with data, prepare and analyze HR reports.
• Maintain a structured and timely approach to all tasks, meeting deadlines consistently.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
• Conduct 1-on-1 meetings to track employee satisfaction and address concerns.
• Organize training and development programs for employees.
• Taking part in benefits program development and its controlling.
• Coordinate English language classes for employees.

Requirements & Skills

• At least 1 year in HR management or a similar role.
• Knowledge of HR systems, HR metrics, data analysis, and reporting using GSheets and other tools.
• Experience managing all stages of the employee lifecycle.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR practices.
• Responsible, organized, results-driven, and open to new ideas.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent at working with people, negotiating, and addressing issues early.
• Upper — intermediate level of English.
• Fluent in Ukrainian.
