Responsibilities :
- Work closely with HR Department;
- Support of HR processes — on-boarding, one-on-ones, performance reviews, off-boarding;
- Assist with the development of HR policies for the company with regard to employee relations;
- Conduct to regularly communication with employees and feedback through such avenues as company meetings, newsletters etc;
- Consult management regarding employee relations issues, providing solutions
- Manage company benefits and order branded supplies
Requirements & Skills :
- 2-3 years experience as HR in IT
- Strong understanding of the HR process: On-boarding, Adaptation, Performance Review, Off-boarding, etc.;
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff;
- High level of teamwork and networking;
- Excellent planning, time management, organization, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- High level of responsibility, result-focus, and attentiveness.
- Proactive approach and curiosity.
- Multi-tasking skills.
- At least an Intermediate level of English.
Would be a plus :
- Academic experience as an HR (courses, training, certificates)
- Experience in companies of 100+ people
- Organizing and holding events online
