Key tasks and role:
➢ Support in managing on-boarding process for new joiners and providing continuous feedback to
enhance the employee onboarding experience;
➢ Support the immigration process for all applicable employees in your business population and partner
with the People Team to facilitate the process from offer stage to onboarding;
➢ Provide personal support on the research, design and development of HR initiatives;
➢ Provide quality and professional advice to employees on general queries and issues, in line with
Company policies, processes and procedures;
➢ Provide quick response to complains, issues from line managers, clients, employees providing
immediate fix;
➢ Responds to organizational changes, employees’ needs, complains, wishes, creating solutions to
employees challenges;
➢ Support People Team in creating and updating policies, templates and toolkits to support People
➢ Assist with local processes at employee level as per the People Team calendar e.g. annual performance
process, salary review etc;
➢ Monitor employee probation check ins and expiration. Coach line managers to hold/you’ll facilitate,
probation meetings as and when necessary addressing any performance concerns promptly. Escalate to
your People Team where necessary;
➢ Contribute to, and lead on, local People projects and initiatives across various HR and business
➢ Work with company`s HR solution system;
➢ Support People Team in managing the off-boarding experience, providing data-driven insight into
leaving trends and suggesting recommendations to retain our top talent.
19. Requirements & Skills
➢ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications or similar field;
➢ 2+ years in People/Business Partner’s role;
➢ Experience in HR data systems and processes;
➢ Experience in e-commerce or fintech preferred;
➢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
➢ Advanced interpersonal skills;
➢ Strong analytical and problem solving abilities;
➢ Ability to handle multitasking efficiently;
➢ High level of stress-resistance;
➢ Highly responsible and organized with attention to details;
➢ At least an Upper-intermediate level of English.
