Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) with a strong background in PSP (Payment Service Providers) to structure and optimize our Business Development department. This role requires strategic vision, leadership, and deep expertise in the payment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimize processes within the Business Development department, ensuring clear structure, hierarchy, and efficient reporting.
  • Develop a strategic vision for our PSP solution, analyzing existing operations and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Assess and improve current business development reporting, including provider evaluations and market expansion plans.
  • Lead a team of business development managers by defining their roles, optimizing workflows, and reviewing the KPI system.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, assessing global trends and ensuring we remain competitive.
  • Analyze and enhance provider acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry players.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in the PSP industry with a strong understanding of payment processing solutions.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position (CBDO or a similar leadership role) within PSPs;
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of successfully structuring and scaling Business Development teams.
  • Experience in market expansion, with insights into emerging geographies and trends.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and optimizing a team.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
