We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team!

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in FinTech, with mandatory experience in PSP (Payment Service Providers).
  • Proven track record of entering new markets and closing high-value deals;
  • Deep understanding of fintech market and ability to work with high-risk;
  • Solid knowledge of KYB, compliance, and corporate structuring;
  • Experience working with Agents (tech platforms, consulting companies, PSPs, etc.);
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent communication skills in English (B2 or higher) — must-have;
  • Readiness for business trips and flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Search for and establish a new merchants;
  • Market analysis, active sales of our services to merchants;
  • Negotiate terms, finalise deals, connecting merchants;
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from the first contract to the launch of a merchant in live;
  • Collaborate with support, finance, and legal teams to align on common goals;
  • Represent the company at international conferences and events;
  • Propose creative solutions for non-standard challenges.
