Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead and structure our sales department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PSPs (Payment Service Providers) and a proven track record of building and optimizing sales teams. This role is crucial in developing a clear commercial strategy, creating a sales roadmap, and optimizing existing sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Audit and optimize the sales department by assessing the performance of sales and account managers, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Define and execute a sales roadmap, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
  • Analyze and optimize the performance of existing sales managers, enhancing their effectiveness.
  • Establish efficient sales processes and workflows to improve conversion rates.
  • Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with key industry partners.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align commercial goals with business strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the PSP industry with a deep understanding of payment solutions.
  • Strong expertise in building and restructuring sales teams from the ground up or improving existing structures.
  • Experience in developing and executing commercial strategies and roadmaps.
  • A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on process optimization and sales performance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
