Обов’язки:

• Виконання звірки операцій між особистим кабінетом провайдера та операціями у внутрішній системі компанії.
• Виявлення та аналіз розбіжностей у фінансових транзакціях.
• Формування звітності щодо результатів звірки та надання рекомендацій щодо усунення розбіжностей.
• Взаємодія з фінансовим відділом та технічною підтримкою для уточнення інформації та вирішення проблем.
• Контроль правильності проведених платежів та облік невідповідностей.

Вимоги:

• Досвід роботи у сфері фінансового обліку, бухгалтерії або звірки платежів буде перевагою.
• Уважність до деталей, аналітичне мислення.
• Впевнений користувач Excel, Power Query та інших інструментів для аналізу даних.
• Досвід роботи з фінансовими системами або CRM буде плюсом.
• Відповідальність, ініціативність та вміння працювати з великим обсягом інформації.

We are looking for an Reconciliation Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform reconciliation of transactions between the provider’s personal account and the company’s internal system.
• Identify and analyze discrepancies in financial transactions.
• Prepare reports on reconciliation results and provide recommendations for resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the finance department and technical support to clarify information and resolve issues.
• Monitor the accuracy of payments and track inconsistencies.

Requirements:

• Experience in financial accounting, bookkeeping, or payment reconciliation is a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and other data analysis tools.
• Experience working with financial systems or CRM is an advantage.
• Responsibility, proactivity, and the ability to work with large volumes of information.
