We are looking for an System Monitoring Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of online traffic and conversion of merchants;
• Monitoring the launch of new merchants;
• Implementation of monitoring and analysis of alerts (notifications about the presence of abnormal errors, decrease in conversion, decrease in traffic, etc.);
• Identification of problems and difficulties with further escalation;
• Analysis of routings/correctness of routing
• Analysis of problem cases that require communication with merchants/providers;
• Monitoring of hard/soft errors and update of error display;
• Setting up dashboards, graphs, alerts for all possible payment funnels and supporting their updating;
• Analysis of conversion rates, as well as other metrics at the request of merchants;
• Conducting conversion analysis for merchants/integrations where the indicators are below the norm;
• Conversion monitoring and following up on errors of new integrations and merchants;
• Analysis of the client’s payment flow at all payment stages;
• Verification and finalization of transaction statuses;
• Preparation of reporting on conversions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in System Monitoring or similar roles in FinTech;
• Experience in designing and implementing alerts system from the scratch;
• Deep knowledge of the monitoring and verification methods;
• Experience in data collection and analysis, data quality assessments;
• Deep knowledge of payment flows in PSPs;
• Adaptability, flexibility, and readiness to work in fast-paced environment;
• Teamplayer;
• English level — B1;
