We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Writer to join our Product team. In this role, you’ll be working with an advanced FinTech platform, external integrations, vendors, APIs, features and services, as well as innovative new releases and products.
You’ll write manuals and documentation for the company’s internal team and clients and transform this into a structured knowledge hub and source of truth.

Additionally, you will transform technical nuances into clear, structured documentation that drives product development and supports internal teams. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to document product requirements, eliminate ambiguity and ensure every feature is thoroughly documented. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, enjoys diving into technical details and believes that high-quality documentation is essential to building great products

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain clear technical documentation, manuals, user guides and release notes.
• Build and manage a structured knowledge hub as the company’s source of truth.
• Document current functionality and products as well as feature releases
• Document products, workflows, APIs, integrations, features and services.
• Work with Product, IT, and other stakeholders to collect and validate information.
• Translate complex technical details into clear content for internal teams and clients.
• Identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies and unclear requirements.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, up to date and aligned with released functionality.
• Support product development and launches with complete and structured documentation.

• Act as a liaison for the company’s internal teams by providing product and technical documentation support
• Support new product releases by adding and maintaining manuals for internal stakeholders’ procedure updates.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, Business Analyst, Product Analyst or in a similar role within a fintech environment: EMI, PSPs, Banks or SaaS companies
  Initial QA experience would be a plus.
• Proven experience analysing and documenting business and technical requirements
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to organise complex information into clear, structured documentation
• Experience writing functional specifications, workflows, APIs, external integrations, process flows and technical documentation
• Experience with AI tools for documentation and manual workflow updates and structuring.
• Hands-on experience with API documentation and testing tools
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to challenge unclear or incomplete requirements
• B2+ level of English

Nice to have:

• Understanding of payment processing, transaction lifecycles, KYB and AML processes
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application to documentation workflows
• Basic understanding of software development processes
