A bit more about us

🧚 TA Team Composition: We are a team of 5: Head of TA, 3 TA Specialists, and 1 Talent Sourcer
💻 Our workload: One TA Specialist typically handles 4-5 positions, with occasional spikes up to 7-8. Our dedicated Talent Sourcer supports complex searches and collaborates closely with the TA (4-5)
🧍🏼‍♂️Departments who need our help: Risk and Compliance, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Support, HR, Product, Operations
📑 Policies & Procedures: We have established and actively use all core Talent Acquisition policies. In Q1 of 2025, we plan to review and update some of these policies — so if you are ready to assist — that will be much appreciated!
👩‍💻 Stack & Seniority: We recruit across all non-technical positions, from Junior to C-Level
🌍 GEOs: mainly EMEA/Europe, UK, Ukraine. In addition, we have ambitious plans for 2025 — to penetrate Malta’s market! So a lot of interesting challenges are yet to come!
🙋 ATS: GreenHouse (established in the Q4 of 2024)

Your regular tasks would be

  • Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for open positions across various departments and disciplines
  • Utilise a variety of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media platforms, professional networks, online databases and others
  • Craft compelling outreach messages that generate interest among potential candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process
  • Pre-screen candidates to assess their skills and experience, ensuring they align with the job requirements
  • Collaborate with TA Specialist to understand their needs and expectations for each role
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sourcing strategies and initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and organised records of all sourcing activities and candidate interactions
  • Meet and exceed established sourcing goals and metrics
  • *Talent Sourcer might conduct pre-screening calls with the candidates occasionally or upon request

What we need to see in you

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Sourcing for non-technical roles
  • С1 level of English Proficiency
  • Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and other sourcing tools across various platforms
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Corporate (we grand the access)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
