I’ve been working at PayDo as an HR People Partner for several months, and overall, my experience has been very positive.
I like that many processes are already structured and transparent, while there is still room for improvement. There is a clear understanding of how decisions are made and who is responsible for what, which makes the work much easier.
The team is open to dialogue, and there is strong support from both management and colleagues.
I value the opportunity to influence processes and see the results of my work, which is essential for an HR role.
