I want to share may experience of hiring for the opened position Head of Product Owner in PayDo. Interview process at PayDo left a clearly negative impression. After completing the test assignment, I had an interview with the COO. The conversation lasted one hour and consisted almost entirely of me explaining how I executed the test task. It was not a dialogue, but a monologue. There were no clear questions, no structured evaluation, and no understanding of what kind of candidate the company actually needs. Based on this experience, PayDo appears disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend engaging with this company, as such an approach to interviews reflects poorly on internal processes and overall company maturity.
