Hi! I would like to share my experience working at PayDo. My career trajectory has been nothing short of inspiring: I began as a Social Media and PR Manager, and thanks to the company’s recognition of results and initiative, I advanced to Head of Marketing within just one year. Even though fintech was a new industry for me, the smooth and supportive onboarding process at PayDo helped me quickly adapt and fall in love with the complex, dynamic world of fintech.

A special shoutout goes to Yulia, my recruiter, whose constant responsiveness and support, even when the final decision took a bit longer than expected, made the entire hiring process stress-free and engaging. Moreover, the strong communication across departments has created an environment where my ideas are not only welcomed but truly heard, driving both personal and professional growth.
