I have been working as a KYB Specialist at PayDo for four months, and it has been an incredibly positive experience. I want to share my experience, starting with the recruitment process, which was truly impressive. The entire process, from my first communication with Renata (recruiter) to receiving the offer, took only six days, including the test task, which was not difficult and didn’t take much time to complete.

The onboarding process was also well-organized. I had enough time to familiarize myself with the internal materials and processes. During the training sessions, I received detailed explanations of the tasks and tools. Throughout the process, I was provided with continuous support and assistance, which made it easy to adapt and feel comfortable in my role.

I feel comfortable working here. The company offers plenty of opportunities for growth and development. The company provide budgets for professional training and English language courses to support continuous learning. The work environment is highly supportive, encouraging both personal and professional growth.
