Greetings!
I would like to share feedback about PayDo after 8 months of work as a KYB analyst.

I’ll probably start with the onboarding process. For me, it consisted of 2 parts: 1 introductory interview with the recruiter and 2nd technical interview with the team lead + management of the company and the relevant department. There were no test tasks for my position, the interviews themselves took place in an easy, non-obtrusive manner. After 2 weeks, I received a job offer. The trial period is up to 3 months, after the trial period, the salary immediately increased by another 10%. I want to note that the company properly evaluates the work of its employees. Every 6 months there is a performance review, based on the results of which salary revision is possible.

1st 1-2 working weeks in the company were spent on acquaintance with a new team and getting familiar with the company’s instructions and policies related to my job duties. Teammates and management are high-class specialists, always ready to help and answer your questions (and there will be many of them at first). And in general, the atmosphere in the team and the company is friendly, welcoming and open. The initiative is valued here, and there are opportunities for both vertical and horizontal growth and development. The work itself is interesting and requires constant learning of new things and adaptation to changes.

For additional benefits, the company provides 120 USD per month for individual English lessons with a tutor on the Preply platform and 200 EUR compensation per year for professional courses and certification.

PayDo is now dynamically developing and growing, so I think it is very promising for both young specialists and experienced employees.
