It has been almost 2 months since I joined PayDo. From my first day, I was warmly welcomed by the team and I felt the positive atmosphere among my colleagues. During the company onboarding, I could rely on everyone as my colleagues were happy to help, understanding and ready to answer any questions from my side. I felt a huge support from the team which resulted in settling in rapidly. The work environment is great and allows an opportunity to share ideas and initiatives. I always feel welcome to contribute with my propositions and can expect constructive feedback and analysis. Working among many knowledgeable individuals led to my self-development and allowed me to absorb new crucial skills and information.
