We`re rapidly growing and inviting Payments Product Manager/Owner to our team.
You would be running such tasks as:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals;
- Prioritize features and functionalities based on company needs, market trends, and business goals;
- Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders to inform product decisions;
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team;
- Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with the overall product strategy;
- Create new Tech Platform/Admin features, modules, enhance existing product.
- Work with backend payment logics and architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria;
- Analyze product performance data and user feedback to make data-driven decisions.
Required skills and expertise:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in payment domain (experience in payment solutions, fintech, or financial services will be an advantage)
- Deep understanding of the payments industry, including digital payments, mobile payment and emerging payment technologies;
- Familiarity with payment gateways, APIs, and integrations.
- Ability to work with development teams to prioritize and manage product backlogs;
- Experience with Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence), Data visualization products (Tableau), UI/UX creation tools (Figma/Miro);
- High level of flexibility and adaptability, ability to work independently and propose initiatives;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts, negotiate, and take responsibility for quick decision-making;
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- English language from Upper — intermediate level.
