System Administrator/IT Help Desk Specialist (Warsaw)

👋 We’re rapidly growing and inviting a System Administrator to our team.


Required skills and expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as System Administrator / IT support / Service Desk Engineer / Help Desk Engineer / SecOps / Access Manager etc;
  • Ability to manage hardware procurement processes from sourcing to deployment.
  • Experience with JAMF Pro for macOS and iOS device management.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory concepts and administration.
  • Strong understanding of AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of license management best practices and tools.
  • Understanding of access control principles and methodologies, principles of authentication and authorization;
  • Proficiency in Google G Suite administration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in configuring and managing Slack for team communication.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian products, particularly Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • English: intermediate.


You would be running such tasks as:

  • Act as the first point of contact for hardware and software troubleshooting queries.
  • Configure and maintain office network equipment.
  • Coordinate hardware procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and deployment of IT equipment and peripherals.
  • Stock management and office equipment supporting.
  • Install and reinstall Windows and macOS operating systems on desktop and laptop computers as needed, ensuring proper configuration and functionality.
  • Oversee JAMF administration for macOS and iOS device management, ensuring devices are properly configured and compliant with company policies.
  • Perform license management tasks, including procurement, allocation, and compliance tracking for software and SaaS applications.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory services, including user management, group policies, and authentication protocols.
  • Manage and administer Google G Suite, overseeing groups and users, including Gmail, Google Drive, and other associated applications.
  • Configure and manage Slack channels, permissions, integrations, and other settings to optimize team communication and collaboration.
  • Support and administer Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence, including user management, configurations, and integration with other tools.
  • Participate in Onboarding and Dismissal process to provide and revoke accesses for employees.
  • Develop and integrate workflows and processes, adopted cost-effective solutions.
