About the Role

We are hiring an entry-level AML Analyst to support our compliance team with day-to-day operations.

This role is a good fit if you are at the beginning of your career (including students or recent graduates) and want to grow in AML / compliance / fintech.

You don’t need years of experience.

But you do need to be analytical, paying attention to details and responsible.

This is a hands-on role where you will learn by doing real work — not just theory.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Review AML alerts and flagged transactions
• Analyse basic transaction patterns
• Perform client checks (CDD / basic EDD)
• Review source of funds information
• Support the team with simple compliance cases
• Communicate with Customer Support and Anti-Fraud teams
• Keep documentation clean and structured

What We Expect

Must-have

• Basic understanding of AML / compliance (can be from studies, courses, or internship)
• Strong attention to detail
• Analytical mindset — ability to think, not just follow instructions
• Ability to work with data and stay focused on repetitive tasks
• English at working level

Nice-to-have (but not required)

• Any experience in AML, compliance, banking, or fintech
• Interest in crypto or financial systems
• Relevant education (law, finance, economics)
• Exposure to AML tools or transaction monitoring
