Hi, I’m Alex, Head of Network C3PA at PAXLE — an international group of ADTech companies. We work in Performance Marketing with dating, sweepstakes, and gambling.

I’m actively seeking a talented Affiliate Manager to join my team. The ideal candidate should be proactive and eager to embrace new challenges, prioritize tasks efficiently, be open to new experiences, and be dedicated to continuous skill enhancement.

Requirements:
— At least 6 months experience in the same or relevant field/position for such verticals: sweepstakes CC CPA or dating CPL;
— Experience with webmasters and partner programs;
— Strong negotiation and communication skills;
— Proven success in developing strategic partnerships, preferably in an international environment;
— English upper-intermediate.

Key responsibilities:
— Daily work with the partners;
— Search of new affiliate opportunities and partners;
— Check and adjust the affiliate’s traffic flow;
— Improve the performance of existing digital marketing campaigns;
— Perform a set of sales and revenue KPI;
— Help resolve customer service inquiries;
— Monitoring the payment of partners program;
— Weekly reports and performance analysis.
