Requirements:
• Experience in the relevant position from
• Experience with reports (P&L, BC, CF);
• Experience with budgeting
• English writing and communication skills at Intermediate level and up;
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Docs and Word;
• Organising and detail-oriented;
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask;
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities change daily.
Responsibilities:
• Process bank statements on a daily basis (€ and $);
• Generation of Client invoices;
• Daily control of Clients payments on time;
• Preparation of pivot table for weekly payments, generation of Invoices in Billing section and making payments;
• Process Corporate Accounts Statements, reimbursements and invoices received from suppliers;
• Analysing and fix the operating expenses on a monthly basis, accrued missing costs and report to the CFO/COO/CEO;
• Complete, prepare and publish regular monthly/annual financial statements;
• Formating reports (P&L, BC, CF);
• Assist the CFO with various monthly and ad-hoc administrative tasks if necessary, document management;
• Participate and assist on special projects like developing and implementing internal controls, costs;
• Analysing affiliates registration data (affiliate profile, ip logins, payment systems etc);
• Helping with the set up and implementation of a new invoicing process and reimbursement system;
