We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Junior/Middle Internal Remote Support Engineer to join our IT team. You will be responsible for providing remote support to our internal employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations across departments. This is a great opportunity for a motivated support engineer who enjoys problem-solving and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to internal employees via remote tools, chat, and email.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Manage tickets and prioritize requests to ensure timely response and resolution.
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Perform regular maintenance, updates, and software installations on employee devices.
  • Document and track issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps in our knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members on larger projects and support initiatives.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic Linux troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.) and ticketing systems.
  • Basic understanding of network configurations and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Will be a plus

  • Experience in Google Workspace and Slack management.
  • Hands on Jira configuration experience
  • Previous experience with MDM systems
