Responsibilities :

• Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate the work of a team to ensure efficient collaboration and delivery. Manage team resources, assign tasks, and track progress to meet deadlines.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance: Oversee code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code is consistently produced.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts and progress to non-technical stakeholders, like product owners and management.
• Process Optimization: Continuously improve the development process and workflows to enhance productivity and reduce bottlenecks.

Requirements :

• Experience as a team leader more than 2 years;
• Proven production experience with HTML/CSS, including responsive and cross-browser;
• Experience with React;
• Strong UI/UX experience — Figma;
• Experience with third-party integrations (external APIs, analytics, AB tests);
• Experience with SEO optimizations and PageSpeed improvements (CLS, INP, etc);
• Collaborating with remote product management teams;
• Building customer-facing and consumer-responsive web applications;
• Delivery-oriented person;
• Good English skills in speaking and writing.

Nice to have:

• Experience with TypeScript, and Next.js (with App Router).
