Key responsibilities — what you’ll be doing

• Support the Lead TPM by owning and driving multiple projects end-to-end from project definition, requirements, planning, and through to project closure.
• Lead and own multiple cross-functional and complex projects, ensuring that scope is collected, tasks are defined, understood, delegated and delivered, resources are allocated, and dependencies managed. Coordination and planning dependencies across multiple teams.
• Develop end to end project delivery plans.Tracking delivery, implementing best project management practices.
• Improving processes, driver for continuous improvement culture. Provide feedback and thought partnership to Product, Engineering and Quality Management processes.
• Provide timely reports and updates on Projects to key stakeholders within the company.
• Manage communication with partner teams, senior leaders, and executives and connect with Change Management where appropriate.
• Work closely with team members to foster a good continuously driving the projects forward.
• Contribute to product and MVP definition with Product Management.
• Set up the process framework for the Projects to achieve goals.
• Coach Teams on Project methodologies, Agile and Scrum.

Experience & skills:

• 5+ years experience in a Technical Project Manager role with hands on experience in managing cross-functional and complex projects
• Experience in iGaming, preferably working with Sportsbook delivery teams (highly desired but not mandatory)
• Certification in agile delivery methodologies, desired — certified in project management (Prince2, PMP)
• Enjoy building good internal relationships and can speak persuasively
• Actively enjoys working with people from different cultures and languages
• Proactive, always looking ahead and spotting potential problems
• Resilient in dealing with changing priorities and uncertainty
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Monday.
