AI-Driven Engineering Culture

We are actively building an AI-driven engineering organization with a clear and deliberate stance: artificial intelligence is a core part of how we build and deliver software — not an experiment, not a trend, and not an optional add-on.

AI is embedded into our engineering workflows, from system design and prototyping to refactoring, testing, and code review. The Role
Lead scalable Java solutions for our gaming platform, mentor teams, and drive technical excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Build testable, scalable code independently—from requirements to production deployment
• Own services end-to-end, guiding complex features through full lifecycle
• Partner with backend, frontend, QA, and product teams for seamless delivery
• Mentor on architecture, best practices, and troubleshooting via logs/metrics/alerts
• Shape system designs and our tech roadmap

What We Need

• Deep Java Core + Spring expertise; proven system design with RDBMS/SQL
• Tech lead experience guiding projects/teams successfully
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, JSON/JWT/HTTP(s); strong security/debugging skills
• Good understanding of relevant security best practices
• Troubleshooting skills (logging, metrics, alerts, monitoring, profiling)
• Upper-intermediate English for global collaboration

Would be a plus:

• Experience in multithreading and high-load systems
• Experience with GCP
• Production experience with Kafka
• Experience in ElasticSearch and ecosystem
• Experience with Ebean
