Responsibilities:

• Participate in test planning, estimation, and coordination of QA activities
• Review requirements and technical specifications for testability and clarity
• Design, maintain, and execute test cases, checklists, and test suites
• Perform integration, system, and regression testing for Backoffice modules
• Conduct cross-browser testing and validate UI/UX consistency
• Execute API testing using tools like Postman
• Report defects clearly and track their lifecycle to resolution
• Analyze test results and provide timely, structured feedback to stakeholders
• Participate in handling production incidents: investigation, reproduction, and validation of fixes
• Maintain QA documentation and contribute to improvements of QA processes and standards
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners and Senior QA to ensure product quality
• Support test suite configuration and environment preparation under guidance of Senior QA

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in manual software testing
• Solid understanding of software testing theory, methodologies, and SDLC
• Strong skills in test analysis, preparation, and planning
• Experience working with technical specifications and requirements
• Proficiency with various testing methods, test design techniques, and test types
• Experience with task and defect management systems (e.g., Jira)
• Familiarity with test case management tools (Testmo, TestRail or similar)
• Practical experience with DevTools and Postman
• Ability to create and maintain test documentation and reports
• Experience with SQL (writing basic to intermediate queries)
• Understanding of client-server architecture
• Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Optional:

• Experience with monitoring/logging tools: Sentry, Kibana, Grafana
• Experience analyzing automation test results and understanding automation scope (not writing automation)
• Background in Backoffice systems or administrative tools
• Experience in complex system testing (multi-service architecture)
