Responsibilities :

  • Integration process handling with the partners and clients;
  • Diagnostics and optimisation of existing integrations;
  • Features and games integration;
  • Integration protocol testing;
  • Communication with Account Management, Support, and Development Teams
  • Creating documentation for development and support teams
  • Integration roadmaps coordination

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Integration Manager, a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing complex integration projects and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and manage resources.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong context-switching skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Would be a plus:

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • ITIL or similar certifications.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with business process modeling.
