Requirements:
— From 2 years in a People/Business Partner position, or a strong foundation in Training and Development or recruitment.
— Experience within the IT industry is advantageous, although not mandatory.
— A proven track record of successfully collaborating with multinational partners.
— Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
— A strong inclination to work closely with individuals.
— Proficiency in managing multiple tasks efficiently.
— Outstanding proficiency in English, as there is frequent and intensive daily written and verbal communication with foreign colleagues.
Responsibilities :
— Collaborates with line management to address personnel-related matters (contractor performance, engagement, and retention) by promptly delivering accurate information in the required format. Generates essential reports, metrics, and data for HR Business Partners and the Management team as per departmental requirements.
— Manages various HR processes, including onboarding, trial periods, performance evaluations, retention risk assessment, staff rotations, and service terminations, the documentation related to employee records, including those associated with retention, promotions, performance management, and terminations.
— Advises employees on their career development, as well as company policies and procedures. Conducts regular one-on-one meetings with employees and provides feedback on potential retention challenges.
— Supports the implementation and oversight of HR policies, processes, and procedures, which cover areas such as employee relations, benefits administration, leaves of absence, and vacation management.
— Undertakes additional responsibilities within the designated area of expertise.
