Required Skills:
- Upper-intermediate English is a must, we are happy if you are Advanced or Fluent instead :)
- At least 1 of professional experience preferably in startups or product companies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, innovative, and highly organized to connect and work with various stakeholders
- Curiosity with a willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Experience with CRM, Task management software, and spreadsheets
- Experience in prioritizing, making decisions, and performing effectively in high-pressure situations
Responsibilities:
- Understand and articulate key industry and product best practices
- Become an expert in Product and educate customers on the use and benefits of our products
- Work closely with tech products
- Drive growth through up-selling, cross-selling, and renewals
- Achieve monthly KPI
- Align customer needs with product functionalities for optimal outcomes
- Collect data and monitor metrics to improve current processes
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
- Break and improve the process when it is necessary, and simply be your best self! ;)
