We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to join our startup team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, be well-organized, and be excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment. Are you our perfect match?

Required Skills:

  • Upper-Intermediate English is a must, we are happy if you are Advanced or Fluent instead :)
  • Upper-intermediate Polish is a must. We are happy if you are Advanced!
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and technologies, such as CRM software, sales automation tools, and social selling.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take the initiative and be resourceful in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A strong understanding of the sales process and experience in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and drives revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Close deals and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics and report on progress to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and refine sales collateral and messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
