We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing team in developing and executing effective marketing strategies. As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for setting and measuring all needed metrics, analyzing the efficiency of each marketing channel in numbers to optimize the company’s marketing efforts.
You will work closely with the Sales team to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the company, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
• Manage the company’s website, social media, and other digital marketing channels to increase traffic and drive conversions.
• Lead the development and execution of advertising campaigns, promotions, and events to enhance brand recognition and generate leads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels and touchpoints.
• Setting, analyzing and reporting on marketing performance metrics and make data-driven changes and recommendations to optimize marketing initiatives. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts and report to the executive team regularly.
