★ 1.5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst ;
★ Good knowledge of Business Analysis concepts (especially support of documentation, SRS, user stories);
★ Experience in writing technical documentation, creation of system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes;
★ Experience in planning, resolving disputed issues, and risk management;
★ Experience in verifying products compliance;
★ Analytical thinking;
★ Ability to break down and analyze functional problems;
★ Strong ability for teamwork.

Tech stack:
★ Understanding of DB principles (relational and NON-relational);
★ Good knowledge of Confluence, Jira, Figma (or similar);
★ Web application interactions (request-response, flat-file communication);
★ Experienced with HTML, CSS, XML, PHP;
★ Modeling tools (LucidChart, DrawIO, etc).

★ Previous experience working in financial services;
★ Intermediate English level.

★ BA processes building and improvement;
★ Write specifications for Developers and documentation for Support;
★ Update system documentation;
★ Act as a point of reference for the delivery team and subject matter experts, for all requirements;
★ Drive the process from idea to implementation through permanent validation of processes from development departments and Product Owners;
★ Requirements elicitation/clarification;
★ Communicating status and blockers;
★ Tight collaboration with the development and design teams;
★ Participating in grooming sessions, supporting planning meetings;
★ Performing acceptance testing — ensuring the provided functionality satisfies customer needs/requirements;
★ Effective work with minimal supervision.

Our project is a predecessor in the field of cryptocurrency and digital currency exchange.
