We are looking for a Sales Professional to join our team, to be able to manage a team of 8-10 Business Development Managers and Researchers.
You will work in a close interaction with Co-founders, Recruitment and Marketing departments, playing one of the key roles at the company.
Must have skills:
- 5+ years of proven experience in Sales in IT (namely outsourcing, outstaffing) industry, including dynamic negotiations and account management.
- 1+ year of proven experience in leading, coaching a Sales team; or reasoned premises to do this kind of activity.
- Experience working in CRM, with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales channels.
- Knowledge and strong practical experience in the full cycle of sales: building pipeline, negotiating and signing deals with global customers (understanding of outsourcing, outstaffing models of cooperation).
- Good written and spoken business English (advanced or fluent).
- Good understanding of computer software and related industries.
- Experience in systematic, analytical work.
- Charismatic personality with leadership skills.
- Strong organizational skills, persistence.
- Willingness to grow professionally and succeed more.
- Positive and broad thinking.
It is awesome if previously you had experience in:
- Conducting FTF meetings with customers.
- Reporting directly to CEO.
- Managing and coaching lead generation specialists, or business development managers.
You belong to the League of Particles if you are ready to do the following:
- Be a real TOP-manager: develop existing and co-build with the Founders the sales strategy of the company, with time — own plans, projects and budget in this function.
- Provide visibility and metrics of the sales pipeline; setting up plan/fact reporting and KPI’s systems in the Sales department in cooperation with the Founders.
- “Be a playing coach”: leading the Sales team (Researchers and BDMs), as well as maintaining workflow by yourself.
- Conduct online and offline meetings with potential customers.
- Research IT market via different channels in order to determine and lead correspondence with numerous potential customers.
- Create proposals (involving company’s technical specialists, Founders, etc.).
- Develop new sales processes.
- Improve your skills in business negotiations.
