Did you know the name “Particles” has a fascinating origin? I had the privilege of working as a Team Lead in Sales under the exceptional guidance of the Co-Founders. Was it challenging? Absolutely. Did it change me? In more ways than I can count. This experience transformed my approach, my thinking, and my attitude. I’m truly grateful and excited to write this in support of Particles, encouraging other candidates to take notice of this unique company.

I was especially inspired by the recruiting department—there wasn’t a task they couldn’t tackle. Beyond that, everyone was supportive, invested in the process, and genuinely eager to contribute. There are no “coach-potatoes” here; each person brings something fresh, with hard work and optimism that’s rare to find in most companies.
