We are looking for a Head of the Billing Department.

We invite those who are fired up to:

• Implement the main KPIs:
• approval rate (Deposits, Withdrawals)
• The speed of withdrawal of customers
• % Processing costs
• Diversification of payment volumes:
• through billing providers
• via payment method (cards, not cards)
• Research and connect new billing providers and payment methods.
• To improve the product flow and conditions of current patterns and methods.
• Launch billing for new countries.
• Operational support of the billing process.

Essential professional experience:

• Work experience in Lead or Head positions.
• 2+ years of experience working with online payments in high-risk industries (gambling, forex, crypto, dating, subscription services, etc.).
• Perfect understanding of the billing process: technical, product. General understanding of the financial and legal components.
• Operating the main billing KPIs and understanding their impact on business.
• Experience in searching, connecting payment methods, and working with providers of billing services.
• General understanding of the principles of billing antifraud
• Experience in optimizing billing costs

It will be a plus:

• Hands-on experience or general understanding of product optimization processes of the payment page
