We invite those who fired up to:

  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies and procedures and ensures that there is a consistent and positive candidate experience;
  • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans;
  • Participate in and host recruitment/hr events to drive awareness of our company;
  • Develop a network of potential future hires;
  • Manage our external partnerships with job boards, recruitment agencies and other external providers;
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles;
  • Manage, train, and evaluate our team of 5 recruiters;
  • Overseeing sourcing, hiring, and employee acquisition processes;
  • Creating and proofing guidelines for hiring practices within the organization;
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure the effective recruitment of talent;
  • Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget;
  • Presenting hiring reports to C-Level.

Essential professional experience:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Lead Talent acquisition lead/head or similar role, minimum 2 years;
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners, and candidates);
  • English — upper level.
