Parimatch Ukraine is an official representative of the Parimatch brand in Ukraine and a partner of Parimatch Tech. In 2021, we became the first licensed online betting company in Ukraine, our development strategy is based on European principles of responsible gaming and cybersecurity. — Develop innovative sourcing strategies and procedures and ensures that there is a consistent and positive candidate experience;
— Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans;
— Participate in and host recruitment/hr events to drive awareness of our company;
— Develop a network of potential future hires;
— Manage our external partnerships with job boards, recruitment agencies and other external providers;
— Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles;
— Manage, train, and evaluate our team of 5 recruiters;
— Overseeing sourcing, hiring, and employee acquisition processes;
— Creating and proofing guidelines for hiring practices within the organization;
— Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure the effective recruitment of talent;
— Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget;
— Presenting hiring reports to C-Level.

Essential professional experience:
— Proven work experience as a Recruitment Lead Talent acquisition lead/head or similar role, minimum 2 years;
— Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools;
— Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners, and candidates);
— English — upper level.
