We invite those who fired up to:
— Install, maintain and update workstations for our users and be their first point of contact for all IT-related issues or queries;
— Provide Enterprise office infrastructure support;
— Provide monitoring and availability of hardware at the IT Stock;
— Proceed with user Onboarding and further work-cycle procedures for employee.

Essential professional experience:
— System administrator with proven Office Infrastructure hands on experience (1+ year);
— Desktop OS administration, hardware;
— Windows: Client OS support (Windows 10), Windows server (AD, Print Services);
— MacOS: Client OS support;
— Networking: DNS, DHCP, OSI;
— General tags: JAMF, SCCM, Crowdstrike, Jira, Confluence, Acronis, software/hardware troubleshooting, Slack, G-Suite, Lansweeper;
— Basic Linux knowledge;
— Customer oriented person;
— Oral and written literacy.

Desirable skills:
— Intermediate English or higher.
