— Be responsible for all player-facing marketing with a focus on LTV optimization through life cycle management;
— Work with both sport and casino offers;
— Interpret data, analyze results, and develop solutions that showcase the impact and performance of lifecycle marketing programs across all brands;
— Regularly report to CRM Team Lead of Lifecycle strategy, demonstrating a deep understanding of client’s preferences, identifying drivers, and making recommendations for improvement;
— Manage client’s segmentation;
— Continuously search and test new promo mechanics;
— Manage week-to-week competitors research;
— Manage longitudinal and multi-variant testing across multiple audiences and launch experiments to identify the most effective offers to improve KPIs through the client’s lifecycle.
Essential professional experience:
— 2 years experience in CRM marketing;
— Experience in working with email service providers, CRM systems, and campaign automation tools is a must;
— Experience in creating a communication strategy and executing promotions/campaigns;
— Experience in casinos/betting and understanding of casino/betting bonus systems is a great plus.
Desirable skills and personal features:
— English level at least Intermediate;
— Self-sufficient team-player with strategic mind;
— Ability to resolve conflict situations and work in a complex environment;
