Your challenges:
— Managing and coordinating internal marketing projects;
— Planning and managing of marketing projects by setting goals, deadlines enforcement in cooperation with other departments;
— Supporting the Marketing team in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by coordinating meetings, making workshop notes, action items & follow-ups;
— Assistance in collecting information from different departments and preparing reports by analyzing, and summarizing data;
— Interacting with contractors (coordination, drawing up briefs, setting tasks, document flow, reporting);
— Tracking the progress of cross-functional marketing projects to ensure that all marketing plans are completed according to the agreed budget and timeline;
— Maintaining the document flow: contracts, invoices, primary documents.
Essential professional experience:
— 1+ year of experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role;
— General understanding of marketing;
— Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills;
— Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
Desirable skills and personal features:
— Working knowledge of task managers: Trello, Asana, Jira;
— Experience working with budgets and forecasting;
— Attentiveness to details;
— Multitasking.
