— Monitoring of payments KPIs and their improvement;
— Driving front and backend changes to influence KPIs, traffic distribution, fraud performance;
— Collaboration with finance and customer support specialists;
— Accounts and balances status maintenance, and identifying inconsistencies;
— Maintenance of regular recording and reporting;
— Effective communication with all parties of the process;
— Planning, prioritization of own tasks, and work according to the plan.
Essential professional experience:
— English Upper-intermediate;
— 1+ year of experience as a billing specialist (online payments);
— Confidence in dealing with numbers and processing of financial information;
— Advanced Excel and other MS Office software user;
— Experience in communication with foreign customers or partners;
— Understanding of basic principles of contractual relations;
— Basic understanding of payment and transactional systems and services.
