Project Manager for PMI Tech team (вакансия неактивна)

— Collaborate with business, product management, engineering, and other teams to define and own projects and features;
— Proactively solve day-to-day challenges and exercises sound judgments;
— Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope;
— Effectively communicate relevant project information to the stakeholders and team;
— Route work between all responsible people in all stages of development;
— Hold regular status/daily meetings within the team;
— Resolve and/or escalate issues promptly;
— Monitor scope creep and re-scopes projects if necessary;
— Link the company Strategy to the team;
— Set the direction of the team that are in line with company strategy;
— Nurture the team and individual growth (develop, retain, do succession planning);
— Recruiting and staffing (make sure the team has appropriate skills to meet business needs).

Essential professional experience:

— 1+ years of IT project management (preferably in a product-oriented company);
— Good skills in using project support/monitoring tools such as JIRA and Confluence;
— Understanding of change and risk management;
— Hands-on experience in Kanban/Scrum;
— Passion in building an efficient, reliable, and motivated team;
— English upper-intermediate or higher.

Desirable skills and personal features:

— Experience in the betting industry;
— Experience with the high-load system;
— Experience with leading/managing multifunctional teams;
— Experience in team recruitment, on-boarding, mentoring;
— Experience in software development as a developer, QA or DevOps.
